Crescent Point Energy Trust confirms November 2008 distribution


    CALGARY, Nov. 17 /CNW/ - Crescent Point Energy Trust ("Crescent Point" or
the "Trust") confirms that the cash distribution to be paid on December 15,
2008, in respect of November 2008 production, for unitholders of record on
November 30, 2008 will be $0.23 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is
November 26, 2008.

    Crescent Point Energy Trust is a conventional oil and gas income trust
with assets strategically focused in properties comprised of high quality,
